Howard Cohen Partner
Howard has more than 30 years of experience delivering audit, accounting, assurance, compliance and tax services to public and private companies and has extensive experience in auditing not-for-profit entities. He has a thorough knowledge of the industry and the regulatory challenges faced by not-for-profit organizations.
His background encompasses advising clients on an array of financial management matters. Howard works with boards of directors and management of not-for-profit organizations as they oversee major decisions for their organizations including governance, selection of financial managers, and development and evaluation of strategic plans. Until recently, he was on the Board of Directors, Treasurer and served on the Finance Committee of Rye Arts Center.
Howard graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
