With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Jose possesses in-depth knowledge of WFM business transformation, business operations, strategic planning and system implementations.

Jose specializes in time and labor, staffing and scheduling with a focus on end-to-end transformation, implementation and testing. Working in an environment where he interacted with every aspect of the nursing hierarchy, Jose developed unique skills to communicate the issues of his population and still be able to run a system to accurately manage their time and attendance discrepancies/issues. Jose has played a pivotal role in business process standardization, labor planning transformation, and central staffing maintenance for a number of clients.

Jose received his MBA in International Business from Long Island University – Brooklyn Campus.
