Swapna Chandak Manager

Swapna is a Manager with over 14 years’ experience in public accounting. Her specialty has been providing auditing and consulting services to real estate clients, consisting primarily of not-for-profits and banks. She also performs taxation services for real estate funds, real estate owners, operators and developers. Her most notable engagements to date have been Lindquist and von Husen & Joyce in California.

Swapna is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. She received a Bachelor or Commerce (honors) from Osmania University in India. She is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
