Katherine Sharp Partner

Katherine has over ten years of experience delivering tax services to high net-worth individuals, family offices and closely held businesses, at various stages of the business cycle, in a wide range of industries. She works with clients and their advisors to identify and execute unique solutions that help achieve long-term goals.

Katherine has significant expertise with cross-border planning for individuals and businesses as well as advising inbound investors to the US.

Having worked in Texas for the entirety of her career, she also has a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry.

Prior to her career in public accounting, she spent five years in the United States Marine Corps as a linguist.

Katherine holds an MSA in Taxation, a BBA in Accounting and a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University
