Karine Philippon Partner

Karine has 20 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on assisting clients with business acquisitions and audits of middle-market to multinational publicly traded corporations under IFRS, US GAAP and French GAAP. She has an extensive background serving technology, media, manufacturing and distribution companies as well as service organizations. She has assisted start-up and emerging growth companies with audit and consulting services as they grew into larger companies, raised capital and prepared for their exit strategy. Her clients are primarily owned by Private Equity or Venture Capital firms. Karine also has substantial experience in international group audits both as component auditor or group auditor.

Prior to joining Mazars in the US, Karine was co-leading the Technology Practice at a large national accounting affiliate of Mazars, where she focused on public and privately-owned technology companies.

Karine received her Master’s degree in Audit & Finance from the Universite Paris Dauphine. She is fluent in French and English.
