Harry advises on a variety of state and local tax issues including planning, tax minimization, restructuring transactions, return review and controversy.
Prior to joining Mazars, he spent 12 years in the tax reporting and planning groups (focused on state and local tax planning, compliance and controversy) at a multi-billion dollar technology company that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor products and ten years in the state and local tax groups of two large national accounting firms.
Harry received his B.S. from Drexel University and his M.T from Villanova University.
