Kathryn A. Byrne has more than 35 years of experience delivering accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to domestic and foreign corporations, ensuring they are following US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University. Kathryn is a member of the Group Governance Council of Mazars Group and a Board Member of the International Federation of Accountants. She also completed the Mazars Next MBA Program and is chair of Women@Mazars.
