Kathryn A. Byrne has more than 30 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to domestic and foreign corporations in various industries. She consults regularly on financial reporting matters to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition, Kathryn is Chair of the IFAC Compliance Advisory Panel. Kathryn graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. She also completed the Mazars EMBA Program and leads the Women@Mazars Champions Committee.
