Joy Eagle Senior Manager

Joy has more than 12 years of experience providing accounting and tax services to a wide range of clients, with a focus in the real estate industry. She assists client with tax planning and strategy, compliance, and filing of Federal, State and Local income tax returns. Joy has particular experience in residential and commercial real estate developers working with all types of housing and financial assistance programs, including tax-exempt bond financing, low-income housing tax credits, rehabilitation tax credits and other Federal and State programs. 

Joy also works closely with our real estate condominium developer clients providing consulting and tax planning on long term contract income recognition issues.
