Jennifer Biundo

Jennifer has more than 12 years of experience providing audit, tax, and consulting services to for both public and private companies in a range of industries including clients in the manufacturing and distribution (“M&D”), technology, software development and financial services segments. Her M&D clients include food, wholesale/distribution, textile and apparel, chemicals and fabrication companies. She has expertise in assisting clients with fair value accounting in connection with M&A activities as well as a deep knowledge of accounting for equity-based compensation and internal control testing. Jennifer received her BS in Finance from the College of New Jersey.
