Gary Litvak Managing Director

Gary has more than 20 years of diversified financial advisory services experience in asset-based lending due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and forensic examinations. He has assisted lenders and investors in structuring new loans, DIP financing, workout arrangements and other investment arrangements. Gary has created a process of ongoing testing and monitoring of portfolio acquisitions of contracts and loans on behalf of investors. In addition, he has provided accounting and auditing services to companies in a range of industries. He received his BA in Accounting and Computer Science from Queens College in New York.
