Alex Eggers Senior Manager

Alex has more than 10 years of experience providing audit, accounting, tax and advisory services for clients in the real estate industry. He is experienced with assisting a variety of real estate entities both in the United States and internationally, including owners, operators & managers as well as real estate investment funds. His clients are invested across all major asset classes including hospitality, commercial, residential, industrial and development. Alex has experience with real estate clients reporting under U.S. GAAP, IFRS and the income tax basis financial reporting frameworks.

Alex has experience with real estate investment companies and in fair value measurements of real estate across all property types. Additionally, Alex works directly with the Mazars valuation team on appraisal engagements.

Alex received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
