Challenge:

Mazars provided tax and AOS services to the client for a decade. As their trusted advisors, they asked us to provide additional advisory and consulting services in regard to a business relocation. This included:

The relocation was a significant distance from the original site, which required addressing concerns around personnel, logistics and customers. The change was also significantly larger in magnitude than any the client had undertaken previously.

The client reached out to inquire about the potential impact of relocating his business including valuation.  From there, we were able to deliver a comprehensive plan covering change management and assist with the financial planning.

The Mazars team was able to effectively transition the client from exploring new site options to executing the relocation plan and maximizing return on investment, all while improving their organizational structure.
