Solution:

To address the challenge, Mazars designed a deployment plan, configured a Microsoft Teams policy, and developed/executed an organizational change plan tailored to the client’s change appetite, security posture, and application landscape. Project components:

  • Designed a phased deployment approach to ease users onto Microsoft Teams and smoothly transition to new ways of working
  • Facilitated a governance workshop with key stakeholders to decide on critical security, retention, and integration settings to ensure data protection
  • Developed the processes and operational plans needed to support Microsoft Teams and its users after project conclusion
  • Configured a Microsoft Teams policy to reflect governance and support model decisions
  • Created a “Support and Best Practices Team” to drive engagement with the platform, centralize guidance and training info, and interactively support users
  • Provided consultative white-glove Microsoft Teams design and adoption support for new high-value Teams in support of transitioning key initiatives and groups to the Teams
