Richard’s more than 25 years of experience encompass advising clients on multigenerational tax planning, philanthropic guidance, wealth preservation strategies, and risk management. He also represents clients before federal and state tax authorities. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Delaware, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University.
