Sam has over ten years of diversified auditing, accounting, and tax experience. His industry expertise is focused in financial services and manufacturing and distribution.

Sam’s experience includes registered investment advisors, domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, and broker-dealers that specialize in trading fixed income and equity securities, as well as broker dealers that participate in underwritings and private placements, and foreign-owned broker-dealers operating pursuant to Rule 15a-6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.  

Sam received his BA from Queens College, City University of New York.  

He regularly presents at the NYSSCPA’s Stock-Brokerage Committee’s technical sessions.
