Rick leads organizations through transformational journeys in new product offerings, finance and operations, and IT. With over 30 years of experience, he leverages his strong process, technical, and human centered background to offer solutions to complex business problems, helping companies to innovate by unleashing people, technology and processes that work together.

Rick has extensive experience assisting companies through the M&A due diligence and integration process in the areas of sales, service, channel management, accounting/ERP applications and IT.  Rick has led numerous projects across a wide range of industries, including in retail/CPG logistics, food and beverage, technology, process and discrete manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Mazars, Rick led the Americas Region for a highly regarded technology consulting firm’s Microsoft Consulting, Presales and Solutioning Organization. He also worked at Microsoft developing new channels, and as the NA CFO for a publicly traded software company, a role in which he was responsible for M&A and divestitures, eventually resulting in its integration into Microsoft.

Rick received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Mercer University.
