Pierre Razzo Senior Manager

Pierre has 10 years of public accounting experience providing audit and assurance services to wide variety of industries including aerospace & defense, travel retail, food & beverage, and media sales and services. He has provided services to a large number of international companies, high growth businesses, advising through complex financial reporting challenges and collaborating with them to ensure efficient and effective audit execution.

Pierre also has extensive experience helping clients navigate challenging technical accounting issues on a variety of subjects including but not limited to revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations and consolidation in both US GAAP and IFRS. He also has experience working with clients in the transaction services and private equity industries.

Pierre received his Master of Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics in 2008 and completed a Post Graduate Program in Banking and Financial Engineering from the Toulouse Business School in 2009.
