Michael possesses over 20 years of forensic and public accounting experience with a specialty in complex business, commercial, criminal and multi-party matters, including contractual disputes, insurance claims, internal investigations and risk assessments, bankruptcies, ownership disputes, fraud examinations, internal controls, white-collar criminal defense, business valuations, matrimonial matters, post-acquisition disputes, and reconstruction of records.
He has been involved in engagements for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small, entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of industries.
Michael assists business owners and the legal community by performing investigations and forensic accounting analyses, submitting affidavits, preparing and rebutting expert reports, and offering expert testimony.
Michael received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
