Lisa Pedatella Senior Manager

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the Cost Segregation industry and 25 years in the real estate industry. She has an extensive background in a variety of cost segregation studies including new construction studies, purchase price allocations, look back studies, fixed asset studies and combinations of all four.
Lisa also has significant expertise in replacement costs studies for insurance purposes, expert witness preparation for insurance claims, cost allocation studies, fixed asset database importing, disposed asset studies, repairs and maintenance studies, and cost approach analysis for property tax litigation appraisal purposes. She has worked on a broad range of projects across numerous industries including: datacenters, hotels, casinos, spas, health clubs, office buildings, apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, shopping malls, grocery stores, parking garages, manufacturing facilities, bank branches, gas service stations and garages, restaurants, distribution warehouses, natural gas, wind, geothermal, steam and coal fired power plants, alternative fuel manufacturing facilities, hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, retirement communities, medical offices, and veterinary clinics.
Prior to joining Mazars, Lisa was a Manager at Geller & Company, a premier strategic financial advisory firm. Previously, she was a Manager at FTI Consulting, a Managing Consultant at Navigant Consulting, a Senior Analyst at American Appraisal Associates and an Associate at Arthur Andersen.
Lisa received her Master of Science in Accountancy from SUNY Polytechnic Institute; her Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College; and, her Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
