Laura is an innovative management consultant with a proven track record of delivering operational leadership, support, and project management to a variety of healthcare organizations. She possesses over 15 years of experience in the areas of operations, performance monitoring and management, public policy, compliance, audit, project management, enterprise risk management, program evaluation, process improvement, and fraud, waste and abuse. 

With her wide breadth of experience, Laura specializes in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, performing assessments and connecting the dots between operational areas to pinpoint root causes, and streamlining processes, functions, and structures. She prides herself on developing reasonable, effective, and actionable recommendations in partnership with clients which allow them to best prioritize and mitigate risk. Laura is able to explain complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences and is an effective coach and trainer. 

Laura holds a Master of Public Administration from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University.
