Ken provides due diligence services to lenders and private equity firms, and assists in structuring cross-border transactions and operational issues. Ken’s more than 34 years of experience encompass conducting due diligence services on middle-market entities and large, multinational public corporations. His clients range from manufacturing and distribution companies in the chemical, steel, auto parts suppliers, textile, apparel, food, and health care, to businesses in retail, solar/alternative energy, publishing, oil and sugar refineries, jewelry, specialty metals, and specialty finance. Ken has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.
