John Houck Director

John specializes in consulting and valuation issues related to commercial real estate. During the past 30 years, John has been employed by Landauer Associates, Grubb & Ellis and Weiser Realty Advisors and has extensive experience in appraisal as well as a broad range of consulting assignments. During this period, John has worked on assignments involving shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial properties, multi-family properties and land use.

John holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School (Graduate Division) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.
