Jami Neary Senior Manager

Jami has over 15 years of experience in cost segregation. She has expertise in performing a variety of cost segregation studies including new construction, purchase price allocations, look back studies and fixed assets studies. She also has experience in insurance replacement cost studies, asset disposal studies, statistical sample studies and appraisal litigation analyses including expert witness preparation.

Jami’s cost segregation experience includes work on a range of engagements including data centers, hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes, mixed-use retail developments, shopping malls, financial institutions, multi-tenant offices buildings, medical office buildings, hospitals, assisted living facilities, warehouse/distribution centers, broadcasting studios, sports venues, and pharmaceutical manufacturing and research facilities.

Prior to joining Mazars, Jami was a Cost Segregation Manager at Geller & Company, a premier strategic financial advisory firm. Previously, she was a Director of Cost Segregation at FTI Consulting, and an Associated Director with Navigant Consulting. She also worked as a Senior Consultant in the Cost Segregation Group at American Appraisal Associates as well as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Jami received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Lehigh University and holds a Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management from New York University.
