Faith Saporsantos Director

Faith has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, including hospitals and hospital systems, health plans, managed services organizations, and independent physician associations (IPAs)/medical groups.

She has led utilization management and care management teams, with a focus on optimizing outcomes through creating operational efficiencies and performance improvement. Faith provides strategic guidance to healthcare leadership, developing organizational programs that produce actionable results and evidence compliance.

Faith has delivered consultant services as a regulatory compliance auditor and performed compliance and accreditation mock audits; operational, enterprise risk management assessments for multiple healthcare settings; provided program, policy and procedure development, evaluation and revision; staff coaching; and interim leadership staff support. Faith has also managed the preparation of State and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan license application filings.

Prior to joining Mazars, Faith was an Assistant Vice President of Regional Access for MedStar National Rehabilitation Network and Good Samaritan Hospital.

Faith holds a Master of Health Administration and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Harrisburg Area Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
