Evonne Chen Partner

Evonne has over 10 years of experience delivering corporate tax compliance and consulting services to a range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, health and wellness, and technology and media. She has deep expertise in income tax accounting for US GAAP and IFRS, and provides US in-bound tax due diligence, transaction planning and deal structure optimization to cross-border clients.

Prior to joining Mazars, Evonne led the Corporate Tax Practice of a regional accounting firm in California, where she handled all aspects of corporate tax work, including assisting large multi-national corporations with international, US domestic and multi-state tax structures and filings.

Evonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from University of California, Los Angeles.
