Elliot Horowitz Partner

Elliot Horowitz, CPA, is a Partner in the Entrepreneurial Services Group, specializing in serving the needs of closely-held businesses through strategic planning, income tax, financial planning and investment advisory services. Elliot has extensive expertise with high net worth individuals in all areas of tax, including estate and gift tax planning, financial planning, succession planning, tax planning and compliance.  His concentrations include wealth transfer tax planning and related services, and he is an accredited Personal Financial Specialist. Elliot was the Senior Partner and Founder of Elliot Horowitz & Company, LLP from 1980 through October 2017 when the firm merged with Mazars in the US.  Elliot graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University.
