Donald Crotty (“Don”) has over 25 years of experience advising businesses and high net worth clients on tax minimization and deferral strategies. His experience also includes state and local taxation, credits and incentives, merger and acquisition planning, due diligence, real estate cost segregation, financial statement tax reporting, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Don represents clients with federal and state tax examinations. He speaks frequently on a variety of tax topics such as tax reform and year-end tax planning to professional and industry organizations. Don graduated from Queens College, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He received a Master of Science in Taxation from Hofstra University
