Donald Crotty (“Don”) advises both large and closely-held businesses on Federal and State tax minimization and deferral strategies. He has 20+ years of experience with business and high net-worth taxation, state and local taxation, credits and incentives, merger and acquisition planning, due diligence, real estate cost segregation, financial statement tax reporting, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and routinely represents clients with federal and state tax examinations. Don frequently speaks on a variety of tax topics such as Tax Reform and Year-End Tax Planning to professional and industry organizations. Prior to joining Mazars in the US in 2016, Don was a Tax Senior Manager for another national accounting firm. Don graduated from Queens College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Hofstra University.
