Brad Leffler National Audit Service leader

Brad has 25 years of experience serving companies in a wide range of industries including retail and consumer products, energy, technology, and manufacturing and distribution. He has extensive experience delivering audit and assurance services, including the audit of companies with complex business combination issues, complex debt structures and complex equity structures. Brad also assists clients with acquisitions, divestitures, and exit strategies as well as various methods of financing including S-1 filings and 144A offerings.

Prior to joining Mazars, Brad was a Partner at a Big Four firm serving companies with various ownership structures including private equity owned, family owned and companies with headquarters overseas.

Brad received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University.
