Arthur has more than 30 years of experience supplying a range of accounting, audit, compliance, tax, and management advisory services to clients primarily in the real estate and construction industries. He assists with investments, and the development, construction, ownership, operation and management of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, and residential properties. Arthur graduated from Baruch College of the City of New York, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Studies.
