Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Rechtsanwälte, müssen demnach grenzüberschreitende Transaktionen melden. Inhalt und Umfang der zu übermittelnden Daten können je nach nationaler Gesetzgebung variieren. Aus diesem Grund raten wir Unternehmen, aber auch Beratern dringend, auch solche Transaktionen umfangreich zu dokumentieren, die vermeintlich nicht meldepflichtig sind.
