Mazars ranked a Top Accounting Firm to Work For by Vault, recognized for Diversity and CSR initiatives
Mazars, a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm in the US was recognized by Vault as #23 of the Top 50 Best Accounting Firms to work for and ranked #19 for prestige, improving our ranking from last year. The firm was also named a top firm in all three practice categories – Audit & Assurance (#20), Tax (#21) and Forensic Accounting (#18) and increased its position in all three categories from the prior year.
Mazars was ranked #24 for Overall Diversity and #23 for Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives. The diversity ranking was determined by combining a firm’s scores across the categories of LGBTQ+ diversity, diversity for women, and racial and ethnic diversity.

Vault’s Top 50 ranking was based on a survey of accountants who were asked to rate their own firms in various quality of life categories such as culture, hours, compensation, and work/life balance. They were also asked to rate peer firms on prestige.
