Rachel Efthemes receives New Jersey Society of CPAs 2020 Ovation Award
Mazars, a leading audit, tax and advisory firm in the US, today announced that Rachel Efthemes was named by The New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) an Ovation Award winner in the Woman to Watch category.
The Woman to Watch category applauds the growth and success of female NJCPA members for their leadership, potential, contributions and/or commitment to fostering the success of their colleagues.
Rachel, a Senior Tax Manager, delivers personal income tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their families. She provides exceptional client service and is actively involved with staff recruiting and the training and development of firm personnel on a range of tax and accounting topics. She has participated in and led several firm initiatives including Women@Mazars (an initiative to promote diversity, inclusion, and equality), Private Client Services for Women, was a founding member and held several officer positions in the firm’s Toastmasters club, and continuously participates in the firm’s NJ community volunteer program and other philanthropic endeavors.
